All orders are shipped via PosLaju and are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 

PosLaju Shipping (3-7 Days): Free Shipping On All Orders (Limited Time Offer) or Flat Rate RM 6.99. 

Express Shipping (1-2 Days): RM18

Please note that if you see a shipping rate different to the above at checkout, it means you are currently residing in a remote area.

Sabah & Sarawak 

Free shipping on orders above RM 75 (Limited Time Offer). Flat rate of RM 12.99 for all other orders.

Singapore

All orders to Singapore are shipped via Teleport or DHL and are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

International Express Shipping (1-3 Days): Flat rate of $5 SGD

Kindly note that we are not responsible for missing items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Normally, there are no duties or taxes for our orders. However, in the rare scenario that a tax is charged at customs, we are not responsible to pay for any customs taxes & fees. We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned due to refusals to pay any customs duties imposed.
