What is the difference between the Restore+ n-HA toothpaste and Whiten+ serum PEn?
Great question! The Restore+ n-HA prebiotics toothpaste is designed to remineralize enamel and support gum health with oral prebiotics, while naturally helping to keep your teeth bright over time which is perfect for daily use. On the other hand, the Papaya Enzyme Whitening Pen is a concentrated serum that helps lift stains and prevent new ones from forming. It's like a little magical boost for your smile.
HOW DO I USE WHITEN+ PAPAYA ENZYME WHITENING PEN?
For optimal results, use the Whiten+ Papaya Enzyme Whitening Pen twice a day after brushing, morning and night. Twist the bottom of the pen 10–20 times quickly until the serum comes out onto the brush tip for first use. Only 2-3 fast twists is required for next uses. Apply a thin, even layer onto the teeth you want to brighten — especially the ones that show when you smile. Keep smiling and let it dry for about 30 seconds to set. Avoid eating or drinking for the next 20–30 minutes so the formula can work. Rinsing after is optional. When finished, cap the pen tightly and store it upright. And don’t forget to smile!
Are your products suitable for pregnant women?
Yes, our products are formulated to be safe for pregnant women — we use gentle, non-toxic ingredients that are free from harsh chemicals. That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare practitioner before starting any new oral care routine during pregnancy, just to be safe!
Are your products registered with KKM/MOH?
Yes, absolutely! We proudly manufacture our products at a

Nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HA), an enamel-like mineral, can begin forming a biomimetic layer on the tooth surface within days of consistent use, while longer-term remineralization and enamel support typically improve over several weeks. Many customers notice their teeth feeling smoother and less sensitive within 1–2 weeks, while whitening from surface stain removal becomes more noticeable over time with daily use.
Our Whiten+ Papaya Enzyme Whitening Pen is designed for faster visible brightening by targeting extrinsic surface stains from coffee, tea, food, and daily buildup. When used twice daily, some users may notice visible improvements in as quickly as overnight, with more noticeable results typically appearing within around 5–7 days depending on stain levels and consistency of use.

Does the Whiten+ papaya enzyme pen work for everyone?
Most people notice visible whitening within the first 1–2 weeks of regular use. Some see results faster, while others may take a little longer — everyone’s teeth are different. Factors like enamel thickness, natural tooth shade, and habits such as coffee, tea, or smoking all affect how well whitening works. Because we don’t use any bleach ingredients like hydrogen peroxide that can cause sensitivity, our Whiten+ Papaya Enzyme Whitening Pen is designed to gently lift extrinsic stains on the surface of teeth. Intrinsic stains deeper inside the tooth structure are much harder to change and usually require professional in-office treatments.
IS THE Restore+ N-HA TOOTHPASTE SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Definitely! Our Restore+ n-HA Prebiotics Toothpaste is gentle and safe for all ages. We recommend it for children aged 6 and above, while for those under 6 it remains safe but should be used under parental supervision to minimize swallowing. It helps keep enamel strong and healthy while gently whitening — all without any harsh ingredients. Perfect for growing smiles!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUGAR-FREE?
Yes! Our products are completely sugar-free. We use xylitol, a natural sweetener that not only adds a touch of sweetness but also helps fight harmful bacteria, reducing the risk of cavities and promoting better oral health!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We know how exciting it is to get your hands on your smilecare products ASAP! That’s why we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days from our warehouse. For deliveries within Malaysia, you can expect your package to arrive in just 3-5 days.
Do you ship to Singapore and other international countries?
We currently ship to Singapore, and delivery takes around 1-2 days. There’s a flat fee of $5 for all orders to Singapore.
We also offer international shipping. Just check the shipping rates at checkout for more details. We're excited to bring our products to you, no matter where you are!
Do I need to pay for duties and taxes?
For Malaysian orders, all taxes are already included, so you’re all set!
For orders to Singapore, there’s typically no tax charge, but if any fees do come up, you'll be responsible for them.
For other international orders, taxes and duties may apply, and if they do, you’ll need to cover those costs.
Can I buy Boostoral products in person?

What payment methods do you accept?

Why was my order cancelled?
As a new brand, we have limited inventory available. To ensure fair access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers who try to make rapid purchases within a short time. This helps protect everyone and ensures more customers can enjoy our products.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Your smile is our priority. Love our products or get your money back. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee because we’re confident you’ll love our products and the results! If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us to return the products for a refund. Please note that the refund will exclude the shipping fee of RM5.50 paid to our delivery partner (even if free shipping was initially provided as it is a fee that is supplied to our delivery partner). Products must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, products returned must not be used more than 50% of their total content. Returned products will be inspected thoroughly before a refund can be processed. While we don’t reuse the content for hygienic purposes and any used products will go to recycling, this policy ensures the money-back guarantee is used fairly by all our customers.
If a refund is approved, the total refund amount is less 4% transaction fees which is charged by payment gateways.

What if my order arrives with missing or damaged items?
If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible. Kindly note that our team may request photos of damaged items to improve the customer experience. You must notify us of these issues within 2 days of the delivery date.
For damaged items: Please contact us at hello@boostoral for assistance. A photo or video may be required for our friendly team members to assist you.
For missing items: A cross check will be initiated with the respective carrier to determine the parcel weight. Once confirmed, we will ship out a replacement to you for free.
For lost orders while in transit: Please contact us and PosLaju or the courier used for a resolution. We will do our best to assist you.
Can I cancel my order after receiving an order confirmation email?
Once you receive an order confirmation email, cancellation requests will be subject to approval based on the order processing status.
Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled.
Fees: If a cancellation is approved, it may be subject to a small restocking fee and a 4% bank transaction charge of your total order value.
