Apply pea-sized amount of Restore+ toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
Brush gently for 2 minutes, covering all teeth and along the gumline.
Spit out the excess and rinse if preferred.
Use twice daily, morning and night, for best results.

Power+ Gum Care & Breath Defense Foam Mouthwash:

Pump 2–3 pumps directly into your mouth.
Swish and gargle for around 40 seconds.
Spit out all excess completely.
4. Rinsing after is optional.

After brushing, dry your teeth with a tissue. Or use anytime on clean, dry teeth.
Apply a thin layer of serum onto the visible front surfaces of your teeth.
